SALES MANAGER
SYSTEM INTEGRATION DIVISION
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our System Integration sales team and drive business growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Sales / Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Great relationships with Corporate Sri Lanka
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- People management skills is key
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Motivate, coach and empower the sales team for high performance
- Monitor performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targets
