EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO A GROUP DIRECTOR

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide executive support to a Group Director while coordinating activities across multiple business sectors within one of Sri Lanka's most diversified business groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and follow up on strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Manage communication between the Group Director and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress on key projects, action items, and business priorities.
  • Handle urgent matters and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
  • Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and operating companies.
  • Assist in the coordination of special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track and monitor KPIs of direct reports to the Group Director.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
