QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Administration, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, office administration, and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Organize meetings, training programs, and company events.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate selection processes.
- Maintain recruitment databases and employee records.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Coordinate office facilities, transportation, security, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Prepare and submit recruitment, administration, and management reports.
- Support employee welfare, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
