Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, features, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent higher educational qualifications are an advantage.
- Age between 22 and 26 years.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Proficient in Desktop, Mobile applications and relevant technologies.
