Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, features, and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent higher educational qualifications are an advantage.
  • Age between 22 and 26 years.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
  • Proficient in Desktop, Mobile applications and relevant technologies.
