Production Executive

The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production performance, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and leading production teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive production activities efficiently to meet planned production targets and schedules.
- Monitor production processes and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor production output and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate preparation of production reports, and proper maintenance of information within the company's ERP system.
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping standards within the production area.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist management in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
Skills Qualifications & Attributes:
- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Hands-on experience in production planning and achieving production targets.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000, and food safety management systems will be an added advantage.
