ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Location: 11th Floor, Nawaloka Hospital Specialist Centre,115 Sir James Pieris Mawatha, Colombo-2
Employment Type: Full time
REQUIREMENTS
- AAT/any other professional qualification
- Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Working knowledge in MS office packages
- Ability to work 5 and a half days per week
- Fluency in English/Sinhala/Tamil
- Managing import orders, including planning and execution.
- Preparing and reviewing required documentation, such as bills of lading.
- Collaborating with shipping companies, logistics providers, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and tariff classifications.
- Tracking and managing inventory, including tank containers.
- Managing invoicing and notifying customers about shipment updates.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
