Location: Gandara (Matara)

HND/ NCT/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in construction is mandatory (building or road projects).
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Ability to handle variations and final accounts.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic cost control tools.
Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
