Accounts & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Cash handling and petty cash management
- Supplier payments and account reconciliations
- Data entry and maintenance of accounting records
- Preparation of schedules for audits and monthly accounts
- Inventory and stock control procedures
- Handling site purchases
- Preparation of monthly financial statements of the group
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Preparation of GL reconciliations
- Providing management information
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
- Partly qualified in CA, CIMA or CMA.
- Minimum 02 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Hands on experience in ERP systems/accounting packages.
- Should be a fast learner and good team Player.
