Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. This role will involve developing and maintaining intelligent systems that can engage with users through messaging platforms, including WhatsApp. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly, efficient, and effective automated communication experiences that enhance customer interactions.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in conversational AI development. Experience in building intelligent chatbots or voice assistants.
- WhatsApp API Integration: Experience working with the WhatsApp Business API, enabling seamless messaging and order handling via WhatsApp.
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proficiency in NLP technologies and frameworks to understand and process user inputs.
- API Integration: Ability to integrate AI systems with external services and platforms.
- Data Privacy: Knowledge of data privacy best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- User-Centered Design: Focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational AI systems for customer engagement, including WhatsApp-based interactions.
- Implement AI-driven dialogue systems that interact naturally with users on messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI systems with existing platforms and services.
- Ensure seamless and real-time communication with users through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
- Continuously improve the AI model to enhance user experience and personalization.
- Work on integrating third-party services and payment systems to ensure a smooth user journey.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the system to optimize its effectiveness.
