MAINTENANCE OFFICER CUM TECHNICAL OFFICER
Qualifications & Requirements :
- A recognized qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field.
- Sound knowledge of:
- Air Conditioning (AC) systems
- Generators and backup power systems
- Electrical equipment and installations
- Building maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and coordinate repairs efficiently.
- Ability to manage manpower resources
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, generators, air-conditioning units, and technical equipment in the college auditorium.
- Conduct scheduled inspections of school buildings, equipment, and machinery.
- Coordinate and supervise renovations and maintenance activities carried out by contractors and service providers.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
