HR EXECUTIVE - PAYROLL & IR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration and ensure timely salary processing.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on payroll processing, salary payments, statutory remittances, and payroll reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, ETF, APIT, gratuity, and all statutory requirements.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disciplinary inquiries, grievances, and employee relations issues.
- Oversee attendance, leave administration.
- Prepare HR and payroll reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to payroll.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws, EPF, ETF, APIT, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems would be an advantage.
