Are you a detail-oriented HR professional with strong payroll expertise and a passion for people management? We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our HR team as an Executive – Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll (HRIS/Manual).
- Analyze HR data/reports (Excel & Power BI).
- Handle HR operations (attendance, records).
- Coordinate with outlet teams.
- Address grievances.
- Conduct outlet visits.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in HRM/related field. (CIPM qualification an advantage).
- 3-4 years HR/Payroll experience.
- Payroll preparation expertise (automated/manual).
- Strong Excel & Power BI skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Positive attitude & integrity.
- Willing to travel.
