Job Summary

As a key member of our team, employee will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the shipping process. Employee will interact directly with clients, carriers, agents and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient freight movements while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory :

  • Job type-full time.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the same capacity. ( PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF DO NOT FULFIL THIS REQUIREMENT)

Other :

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with working on the Gensoft ERP system.
  • Ability to handle Inside Sales actively.
