SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
ECHEM EDUCATIONS is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and digitally savvy social media executives to support the growth and management of our digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about content creation, audience engagement, social media trends, and digital marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms.
- Schedule posts and maintain content calendars.
- Create engaging captions and optimize content performance.
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions.
- Coordinate with design and video teams to produce content.
- Track social media trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media management tools will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Good understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
