CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
- Should possess HR degree or equal qualification from a recognized university/institute.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English & Sinhala (verbal & written).
- Possess good leadership & interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience.
- Should be able to work independently and take responsibility.
- Self-motivated individual and willing to take on challenges.
- Prior experience in a finance institution will be an added advantage.
