JUNIOR EXECUTIVE OPERATION (IMPORTS/EXPORT) – MALE
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team in a fast-paced and challenging shipping environment.
JOB ROLE
- Handle end-to end documentation processes relating to both import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, customs and port-related parties on shipment documentation and operational requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective support on shipment-related matters.
- Facilities shipments clearance – especially Sea and Air ship’s spares, liaise with ship agent & ship owners.
REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION
- 1-2 year experience in customs clearance
- Valid CHA certificate (Added qualification)
- Valid riding / light vehicle license
- Excellent computer literacy Microsoft Office package and Email
- Education: G.C.E. Advance Level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English/ Sinhala
- Age below 45 years and male candidate
