Key Requirements
n
n- Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in IT/Networking, or equivalent professional certification.
n- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
n
n
Added Advantage:
n
n- Experience in Oracle Opera Cloud PMS, Oracle Symphony Cloud POS and Oracle Fusion ERP.
n- Candidates from the Negombo area will have an added advantage.
n
n
Main Responsibilities:
n
n- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
n- Support Windows Active Directory.
n- Provide end-user support for Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
n- Manage and support IP-PABX systems and IP camera infrastructure.
n- Administer enterprise wired and wireless networks (preferably Cisco, Ruckus, or Ubiquiti).
n- Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n- Be flexible to work extended hours when required.
