Key Requirements

    n
  • Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in IT/Networking, or equivalent professional certification.
  • n
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • n
n

Added Advantage:

n
    n
  • Experience in Oracle Opera Cloud PMS, Oracle Symphony Cloud POS and Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • n
  • Candidates from the Negombo area will have an added advantage.
  • n
n

Main Responsibilities:

n
    n
  • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
  • n
  • Support Windows Active Directory.
  • n
  • Provide end-user support for Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • n
  • Manage and support IP-PABX systems and IP camera infrastructure.
  • n
  • Administer enterprise wired and wireless networks (preferably Cisco, Ruckus, or Ubiquiti).
  • n
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • n
  • Be flexible to work extended hours when required.
  • n
