IT ADMINISTRATOR

nKey Requirements

- Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in IT/Networking, or equivalent professional certification. n
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. n
Added Advantage:
n- n
- Experience in Oracle Opera Cloud PMS, Oracle Symphony Cloud POS and Oracle Fusion ERP. n
- Candidates from the Negombo area will have an added advantage. n
Main Responsibilities:
n- n
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. n
- Support Windows Active Directory. n
- Provide end-user support for Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems. n
- Manage and support IP-PABX systems and IP camera infrastructure. n
- Administer enterprise wired and wireless networks (preferably Cisco, Ruckus, or Ubiquiti). n
- Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. n
- Be flexible to work extended hours when required. n
