QUALITY & SAFETY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR

At Royal Hospital, quality and safety are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional to join our team and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI MANAGEMENT
- Collect monthly KPI data from all departments
- Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted data
- Maintain KPI dashboards and tracking systems
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps
- Prepare monthly reports for management
- Follow up on delayed KPI submissions
- DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS
- Develop data collection templates/forms
- Maintain quality databases and spreadsheets
- Perform statistical and trend analysis
- Generate charts, graphs, and presentations
- Support departmental audits and surveys
- Identify areas requiring corrective action
Main Purpose of the Role
To support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of hospital quality indicators (KPIs), patient safety initiatives, audits, and departmental performance monitoring across all hospital departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Health Information Management
- Degree or Diploma in Statistics
- Degree or Diploma in Quality Management
Experience
- Experience in hospital quality department (preferred)
- KPI monitoring
- Data analysis
- 2-5 years hospital experience
Other Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
