Candidate Profile
- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).
- Young, energetic, and patient-focused medical professional.
- Sound clinical knowledge in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of OPD and ETU patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Healthcare Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and digital healthcare platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counselling skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Previous experience in OPD, ETU, Emergency Care, or the private healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work either Morning Shifts (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or Evening Shifts (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays if required.
