Executive – Sales Administration

JOB PROFILE

  • Prepare Management Information and Bancassurance incentive reports accurately.
  • Support financial analysis and forecasting activities.
  • Manage credit processes in line with company policies.
  • Organize sales team training sessions and meetings.
  • Provide support for the sales recruitment process.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Minimum one year of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in Bancassurance operations, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services sector is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
