THE ROLE
- Lead and manage end-to-end student inquiries specifically for UK higher education institutions.
- Guide students through the entire lifecycle: university and course selection, application submission, and detailed visa documentation.
- Drive high conversion rates by delivering expert, trustworthy counseling and persuasive communication.
THE PROFILE
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience specifically working as a UK student visa counsellor.
- Professional Certification: Must possess a British Council UK Agent and Counsellor Training Certificate.
- Domain Experience: Thorough knowledge of the UK student visa process, CAS requirements, financial documentation verification, and university entry criteria.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills (both written and spoken). Fluency in Tamil is a major plus.
