What you will do:
- Coordinating order execution to meet delivery targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing T&A schedules for effective customer coordination.
- Recording and sharing weekly updates to support delivery deadlines.
- Maintaining order status reports to achieve 100% OTD.
- Assisting in building process and system knowledge for efficiency.
Ideal profile:
- Graduate/ undergraduate in Business Management / Marketing or any other relevant field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills.
