RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and well-organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage front office operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the relevant persons or departments.
- Handle day-to-day office correspondence, including emails, letters, and documents.
- Provide support for general administrative and clerical activities.
- Maintain proper filing systems and update records accurately.
- Assist in daily office coordination and administrative functions.
- Provide support to HR and Administration functions as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female applicants are preferred for this position.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role will be preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
- Age below 30 years.
