Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with end to end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support HR administration related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring all end-to-end processes are followed according to company procedures.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, and other documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Coordinate employee engagement and company events.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel when required
Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Male candidates residing in the Colombo area will be preferred.
