CASHIER CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling cash floats, maintaining accurate records, and performing timely reconciliations.
  • Accepting cheques and other modes of payment made to the company.
  • Responsible for cash balancing, documentation, and cash/cheque banking activities accurately and within deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be Male below 35 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cashier or related to accounts field.
  • Passed the G.C.E. A/L examination preferably in Commerce Stream.
  • Part qualification in Accounting Course or diploma in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office package and ability to work in an ERP system.
  • Ability to work under pressure, a high degree of personal discipline, honesty and integrity are key criteria in selection.
