We are looking for passionate and motivated IT Professionals to be deployed at our client site.

JUNIOR IT EXECUTIVE

Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide Level 1 IT support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, Active Directory, and email systems.
  • Perform system administration, troubleshooting, backups, and network monitoring.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure and website support.
  • Assist with IT-related projects, company events, and senior management initiatives.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and social media-related technical activities.
  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth day-to-day ICT operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior IT support experience is an advantage.

Location – Colombo

IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATES/ SPECIALISTS

Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Provide Level 0 / L1 IT support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Handle user incidents and service requests via helpdesk tools, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) issues and escalate when needed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
  • Support IT asset tracking, including tagging, inventory updates, and replacements.
  • Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and basic user account management.
  • Provide basic cloud application support and access assistance.
  • Follow IT security policies and maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and desktop support.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow processes and work under supervision.
