KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional counselling to students regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection, and career pathways.
- Guide students on admission requirements, course selection, and application procedures for international universities.
- Assist students with documentation, application submissions, SOPs, and interview preparation.
- Handle student concerns and provide end-to-end support during the admission process.
- Participate in educational exhibitions, university events, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with international education trends, visa policies, and university requirements.
- Conduct student consultations via in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and online platforms.
PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education consultancy, or university admissions.
- Strong knowledge of UK, USA, Australia, and international education systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
- Tamil speaking is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling student visa guidance and application processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email communication.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
