Come join our team as SENIOR EXECUTIVE – HR BUSINESS PARTNER ( MALE )
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Drive HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee development programs, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications with a data-driven mindset.
