Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive HR initiatives such as performance appraisals, employee development programs, and culture-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications with a data-driven mindset.
