Business Analyst - Finance
Location: Colombo (Rajagiriya)
Key Responsibilities
- Play a pioneering role in the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERP Finance module.
- Drive project success by leading requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and system adoption
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions and maximize business value
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support effective decision-making
Person Specifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Finance from an accredited university/ professional institution or full/ part qualification in Chartered Accountant (CA) / CIMA/ ACCA
- Minimum 0 years' experience in Business Analytics, Intelligence in Agile project management/ AI/ ML/ RPA would be a definite advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- Strong people management skills with the ability to guide, coordinate, and support team members and stakeholders effectively
- Should possess strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills and be able to provide alternative solutions for issues
- Should be a dynamic individual who possesses excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possessing basic SQL knowledge and prior experience with BI tools would be an added advantage
