Team Leaders (Operations) – Kandy
Voice & Non-Voice Processes
- Lead, motivate & drive performance across teams of 20+ agents across both Voice and Non-Voice processes.
- Monitor KPIs, manage rosters, handle escalations, and coach teams for excellence in a 24/7 environment.
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years contact center experience, 1+ year as Team Leader
- Strong in KPIs, metrics, MS Excel & reporting
- Experience in both Voice and Non-Voice processes
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Management or related
- Trilingual (Sinhala/English/Tamil) is a plus
