HR EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in the transport / logistics industry).
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and HR-related admin.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Assist in performance management and training activities.
TRANSPORT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport operations management (preferably in logistics / freight industry).
- Strong knowledge of transport operations, routing and fleet management.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Valid driving license and good knowledge of road regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and oversee daily transport operations.
- Optimize routes, loads and delivery schedules.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance and safety standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and customer satisfaction.
- Manage transport staff and drivers.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management.
