Join our growing Quantity Surveying team and be part of exciting projects. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong technical knowledge and measurement skills to join our team in Sri Lanka.
01 Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Education & Experience Qualifications
- Education: BSc / Diploma in QS or related discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive QS experience
- Specialization: Proven track record of 3–5+ years working on large-scale projects is highly preferred
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and finalize the As-Built BOQ and complete Quantity Take-Off across multi-disciplinary packages
- Oversee the generation of detailed comparison sheets
- Participate directly in consultant and client review meetings until final approvals are secured
- Drive active coordination with QA/QC, Technical, and KSA QS teams
- Technical Requirements
- Expertise in international standards of measurement (POMI, NRM, NRM2)
- High proficiency in measurement and analysis using AutoCAD and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide the reporting QS and Assistant QS teams
02 Quantity Surveyor
- Education & Experience Qualifications
- Education: BSc / Diploma in QS or related discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 4–7 years of continuous QS experience in pre- and post-contract duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed Quantity Take-Off using As-Built Drawings
- Perform accurate polylines, dimensioning, and numbering markups directly in AutoCAD
- Develop and maintain complex QTO Excel sheets with proper line items and breakdowns
- Quantify technical changes resulting from RFI’s, MRs, and Shop Drawings to update QTO
- Assist Senior QS in drafting comparison sheets
- Technical Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of civil and architectural measurement principles
03 Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Education & Experience Qualifications
- Education: BSc / Diploma in QS or related discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in quantity surveying; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the QS team in extracting quantities from drawings for the As-Built BOQ
- Cross-reference all documents (FIRs, MRs, RFIs) to ensure all site changes are captured
- Organize and format QTO Excel sheets for review by the Client QS Team
- Technical Requirements
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and high attention to detail
