STORE KEEPER & INVENTORY CONTROLLER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect and record all incoming stock and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
- Prepare and issue stocks to cafes and production departments as per approved requisitions
- Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of products, ingredients and supplies to all store locations
- Ensure dispatch quantities match approved documents and delivery notes
- Conduct stock counts and inventory audits
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and FIFO practices
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies and variances
- Prepare inventory, stock movement and dispatch reports
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure store environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stockkeeping, inventory control, warehouse or dispatch operations
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management and dispatch procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, responsible and well organized
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch schedules
- G.C.E. A/L qualification preferred
