Experience in electrical, plumbing, building maintenance or a related maintenance field is mandatory.
Ability to perform groundwork when required, including electrical, plumbing and building maintenance work while effectively supervising and coordinating.
Ensure breakdowns and maintenance issues are resolved promptly to avoid interruptions to business operations.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks and emergencies.
Supervise while ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely.
