Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all offices, accommodations, washrooms, and common areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in maintaining housekeeping records and inventory.
- Ability to communicate in Urdu or Hindi will be an added advantage.
