CASHIER CUM MULTI DUTY ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day-to-day workshop cashiering functions which include ensuring accurate collection of cash.
- Daily banking of cash and cheques.
- Prompt payment of petty cash bills and reimbursements.
- Maintain the cash register and ensuring accurate system entries.
- Process IOUs and entering payment vouchers into the ERP system.
- Conduct perpetual counts of spare parts inventory and workshop tools inventories.
- Assist in the management in office administrative work.
REQUIREMENTS
- A diploma level professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized institute.
- 2-3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or Office Administration. Previous experience in cashiering will be a definite advantage.
- Well-organised with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Accurately maintain documents related to assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare analysis reports required for the MIS function.
