EXECUTIVE - HR

Key Job functions:

  • Assist in day to day HR Operations and HR policy implementation.
  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee confirmations.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, EPF/ETF and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Conversant with MS Office package.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload & adopt to a challenging environment.
