WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC GROUP HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER TO OVERSEE HR OPERATIONS ACROSS OUR HOSPITALITY AND RETAIL BRANDS. THIS IS A PIVOTAL ROLE FOR A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL WHO EXCELS IN BUILDING HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS, OPTIMIZING HR FUNCTIONS, AND NAVIGATING THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES OF FAST-PACED SERVICE INDUSTRIES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support HR functions across multiple hospitality and retail locations
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to shape company culture and workforce planning
- Resolve complex employee relations matters with diplomacy and efficiency
- Conduct required trainings
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR best practices
About You:
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience in the hospitality and/or retail sectors
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and improving performance metrics
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred)
