HR Assistant
Location: 147/D Dandugama, Ja-Ela
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification in HR (Degree/Diploma/Certificate from IPM, NIBM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar HR assistant role.
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
