Creative Design & Digital Marketing Assistant
Multichemi International Limited is one of the largest Sri Lankan detergent manufacturers, producing international standard, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly detergents across laundry care, household care and car care categories. Our brands include ‘Dash’, ‘Safematic’, ‘Comox’, ‘Gliz’, ‘Spring Time’, ‘Safel’, ‘Magic Soft’ and ‘Bonita’.
We are rapidly expanding our operations in line with our vision to become the leading detergent brand in Sri Lanka and are looking for a pro-active individual to take up this exciting & challenging opportunity with our fast growing brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall online & social media presence of the company and its brands
- Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital ads and Digital promotional materials
- Create engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Develop and execute online and social media marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive consumer engagement with brands and increase online sales conversions
- Create AI-generated content including images, videos, ad creatives, and marketing concepts using AI tools
- Ensure online activities are adhered to brand identities and brand guidelines
- Identify the latest digital technologies and trends affecting the industry
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign results and take actions for improvement
- Manage and improve website visibility, content performance & traffic
- Responsible for increasing e-commerce sales through digital marketing strategies
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic designing and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage
- Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms
- Ability to create AI-assisted marketing content including social media posts, videos, captions, and ad creatives
- Understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills
- Strong writing skills in English & Sinhala language
- Ability to fulfill deadlines, operate under minimal supervision, and take initiative
- Age below 30 years
