Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sample Team and monitor the adoption of Technical Packs (TP).
- Follow up fabric cutting requirements with the Fabric Team.
- Coordinate BOM clarifications with GIS and Development Teams.
- Arrange bookings for Pocketing, Waist Band, Interlining, and Contrast Fabrics.
- Coordinate trims bookings according to BOM requirements and monitor deliveries.
- Follow up supplier purchase orders and payments.
- Confirm YY details with factories for Pocketing, Waist Band, and Interlining.
- Maintain accurate merchandising files and records.
- Follow up liabilities and debit notes.
- Coordinate forwarder details with mills and suppliers.
- Manage and respond to merchandising-related emails promptly.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain Coordination within the apparel industry.
- Good knowledge of BOM management, trims, fabrics, and raw material sourcing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
