Vacancy for Store System Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor inventory records for production materials and store operations.
- Track material consumption, analyze usage trends, and prepare monthly inventory and production reports.
- Coordinate cylinder costing, invoicing, and job-wise material utilization monitoring.
- Manage material replenishment and reorder processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Create and process Service Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and related system documentation.
- Support inventory control, data analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Store Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in Inventory Management, Store Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of SAP, Inventory Management Systems, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and meet operational deadlines.
