Vacancy for Store System Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor inventory records for production materials and store operations.
  • Track material consumption, analyze usage trends, and prepare monthly inventory and production reports.
  • Coordinate cylinder costing, invoicing, and job-wise material utilization monitoring.
  • Manage material replenishment and reorder processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Create and process Service Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and related system documentation.
  • Support inventory control, data analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Certificate in Store Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in Inventory Management, Store Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Inventory Management Systems, Data Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and meet operational deadlines.
