SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Are you passionate about uncovering insights that drive business success? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join Ministry of Crab and play a key role in strengthening performance, strategy, and growth.
This role goes beyond numbers—you’ll dive into qualitative research, market positioning, and strategic analysis to help steer high-level decisions.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze restaurant performance across sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Lead qualitative research initiatives, including market research, geographical analysis, and brand positioning.
- Develop and present insightful dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute data-driven business strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Provide insights to strengthen marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for the Board and CEO.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong focus on qualitative and strategic research, not just data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership, including the CEO.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
