We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager, Business Planning
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support investment decisions through financial analysis and insights. The role includes evaluating capex proposals using NPV, IRR, and DCF, developing financial models, conducting scenario and risk analysis, and preparing business cases and management reports. The candidate will also monitor post-investment performance, support capital allocation, and collaborate with teams to gather inputs for effective decision-making.
Candidate Profile :
- Part/fully qualified ICASL / CIMA / ACCA professional
- 2–5 years’ experience in investment appraisal, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of NPV, IRR, DCF, and financial modelling techniques
- Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Experience in scenario analysis and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
