nThe Role
nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Production Manager to join our manufacturing team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Latex Foam and Centrifuge Production Units.
nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing productivity, and leading production teams to achieve operational targets.
nWhat You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations of the Latex Foam and Centrifuge production units to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. n
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization. n
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards across all production activities. n
- Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to maintain a high-performance work environment. n
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. n
- Analyze production data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage. n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve operational effectiveness. n
- Maintain accurate production records and monitor key production KPIs, including productivity, yield, and waste levels. n
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, and cost-control measures to achieve operational efficiency. n
- Prepare production reports and support the Production Manager in achieving departmental objectives. n
What You’ll Bring:

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Polymer Technology, or a related field. n
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in latex foam, centrifuge latex, rubber, or related industries. n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. n
- Sound knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards. n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. n
