Business Analyst (1-Year Contract)

We are seeking for a skilled Business Analyst with the right skills and attitude to join our team. The right candidate will be provided the opportunity to work closely with international clients and be an integral part of our software implementation process.
Qualifications and Experience We’re After
- Willingness to travel for multiple, short-term engagements in Zimbabwe and the African region
- Minimum three (03) years’ experience in the IT industry as a Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized university
- Experience in the domain of ERP, warehouse management, or supply chain management will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge in software development life cycle
- Excellent proficiency in Business Analyst-related tools with proven experience in AI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fast learner with an ability to think outside the box
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering, elicitations, and develop requirement documentation.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing Agile solutions for improvement.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage changes and scope during sprints, ensuring they align with business priorities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate user story functionality.
- Develop product documentation and training materials.
- Conduct training of trainer and end user training programs.
- Employ Agile methodologies to prioritize, manage, and maintain a backlog of user stories and epics.
