What you do
- Review and authorize claims within assigned limits in accordance with company guidelines.
- Handle complex and sensitive claim rejections with appropriate technical knowledge.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
- Maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the department.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Relevant experience in pharmacy or medical claims handling would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
