F&B CAPITAN

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels
  • Ability to speak and understand English & Sinhala
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent guest service focus
  • Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and beverage service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods
  • NVQ or other hospitality management qualifications is an advantage
