F&B CAPITAN
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels
- Ability to speak and understand English & Sinhala
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive attitude with excellent guest service focus
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and beverage service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods
- NVQ or other hospitality management qualifications is an advantage
